Ryosuke Yasumoto Solo Exhibition "Animal Jin"
Animal Jin = a coined word meaning "human like an animal" or "animal like a human".
About 25 works will be exhibited, mainly new works, including a previously unpublished countermeasure folding screen "Twelve Zodiacal Murmurs" and Japanese paper drawings framed by the artist.

Ryosuke Yasumoto
Born in Himeji City, 1954-. Lives and works in Ibaraki. Awarded the Showakai Prize, exhibited at the Yasui Prize Exhibition, and others.
He admires Shunsuke Matsumoto's pictorial poetry, Masuo Ikeda's sharp line drawings, and Picasso's transforming style. He is an artist who is always in search of new art forms.
