Yokohama Nigiwai-za was born in Noge in April 2002 as a long-awaited vaudeville theater in Yokohama. In 2022 (4th year of Reiwa), many performances are being held to celebrate the 20th anniversary. Due to the connection with the first director Hiroshi Tamaki, the exhibition "Osamu Nakajima Drawing Yokohama Nigiwai-za" from 2008 was inherited by the second director Utamaru Katsura and the third director Eiichi Nunome until it was canceled due to the new corona in 2020.
