Daisuke Kagawa

Born 1981 in Fukuoka, Japan, painter. Having worked as a skateboard designer in Paris, France, and having traveled across Japan on foot for two years, he continues to work energetically in various locations both in Japan and abroad. He currently resides in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture, and has established the "Daisuke Kagawa Art Museum/Yoshimiya", a studio and gallery in a renovated old house.
He lives a life centered on "creation" itself, without being bound by form.
